Rhonda Bloskas
Rhonda Bloskas began her career in municipal government with the City of Friendswood in 2007. She has held numerous positions in Friendswood and most recently was promoted to Director of Finance. Prior to joining the City, she worked in public accounting as an auditor. Rhonda earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Government Finance Officer. Rhonda currently serves as the President of the Gulf Coast Finance Officers Association.
