Joel Wright, CPA – West Representative
Joel Wright is the Director of Finance for the City of Canyon. She oversees all financial aspects of the City. Joel graduated from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting. He started working with the City of Canyon after a career in accounting in private firms and healthcare. Joel was appointed the West Representative for the GFOAT in 2025.
