Julie Behrens – South Representative
Julie Behrens has served as the City of Kerrville’s Director of Finance since 2021. Prior to that, Behrens was assistant director of finance.
Behrens is a graduate of Texas Tech University and came to the City of Kerrville with experience in both retail and non-profit management. Julie manages developing and presenting city budgets and oversees city audits and policy updates.
