Manager, Pattillo, Brown & Hill 

Clayton Rogers is a Manager at Pattillo, Brown & Hill in the Government Assurance, Consulting & Advisory division. He has over a decade of experience working with a broad range of local governments, with a special focus on regional planning commissions, as well as 9-1-1 districts, water authorities, and other special purpose governments. He plays a key role in overseeing the division’s team of more than 60 professionals, which serves nearly 200 Texas local governments and performed more than 100 single audits in Texas each of the last five years. With an extensive role in quality management and staff development, Clayton assists with preparation and review of numerous ACFRs that receive the GFOA Certificate of Achievement each year, and he has served for years as a member of the GFOA Special Review Committee. He has presented various audit and accounting topics for the Government Finance Officers Association of Texas, the Texas Association of County Auditors, and as a guest speaker at Tarleton State University, his alma mater.
