Registered attendees are automatically included in the evening social event. Adult guests of registered attendees must pay the guest ticket fee.

Sponsor Registration
Sponsor staff must register online by October 9 to secure your reservation at the conference. Please choose the “sponsor comp” option to use your complimentary registration benefits. The sponsor table set up is Wednesday, October 25, at 2:00 p.m. Please notify Lavern Gaines by October 9 if you plan to use your table. You will not be assigned space if we do not hear from you. If you have any questions, please contact Martie Simpson at martie@gfoat.org.
Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and purchased social event guest tickets and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $100 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is not received by October 9. No refunds will be issued after October 9.
