is excited to see you all at the Fall conference on October 25-27
at the Worthington Renaissance Hotel in Fort Worth. 

Registration

Registered attendees are automatically included in the evening social event. Adult guests of registered attendees must pay the guest ticket fee.

*Membership applications must be submitted by September 29, and it will take 48-72 hours to process from the time of submission. You will not be able to register at the member rate until your membership application is fully processed. Visit our membership page for details.

Sponsor Registration

Sponsor staff must register online by October 9 to secure your reservation at the conference. Please choose the “sponsor comp” option to use your complimentary registration benefits. The sponsor table set up is Wednesday, October 25, at 2:00 p.m. Please notify Lavern Gaines by October 9 if you plan to use your table. You will not be assigned space if we do not hear from you. Cancellation and Substitution Policy

If you are registered and purchased social event guest tickets and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $100 cancellation fee will be assessed if written cancellation is not received by October 9. No refunds will be issued after October 9.
