September 15 Hotel Accommodations
Sponsor Room Block – The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel, which is located at 200 Main St, Fort Worth, TX 76102. The hotel has extended a $229 per night group rate based on single/double occupancy for dates of October 24-27 and no resort fee. Please book your room by October 2, 2023. Do not delay as the block can sell out prior to the deadline and rooms are limited.
September 25 Payment and Marketing
Sponsor application and payment by September 25.

30 second commercial in an MP4 format (Diamond and Platinum sponsors)
October 9 Sponsor Registration and Exhibiting
All sponsor staff attending the conference must register online by October 9. Please do not delay, as space is limited. Choose the “sponsor comp” option to use your complimentary registration benefits.
Eligible sponsors email Lavern Gaines if you plan to use your display table. If you do not respond by date, no space will be assigned to you.
October 17 Shipping and Receiving
Any package delivered to the Hotel must arrive no sooner than seven (7) working days prior to the function. Any boxes left at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel seven (7) days after the event without prior instruction will be disposed of. It is imperative that the packaging slips have the following information:
